SHIPPING

Carriers and shipping services:

One post: Normal post without tracking number

One Post: Post registered with tracking and insurance.


Terms and conditions for normal posts:

Please be advised that the normal postage service does not include tracking or insurance.

By selecting Normal Post, you assume full responsibility for your order. Once your order leaves our premises, we will not be able to track or file a claim if your order is lost or damaged. It is extremely important that you understand that if you choose regular postage, you agree to accept full responsibility for your order once it leaves our MAHALO STONE facility.

In the event that the order is lost or damaged, MAHALO STONE will not be able to offer any assistance to recover the cost of the products or a replacement order. Spending the extra money for Registered Posts is highly recommended as you will have more visibility into your order status as well as insurance in case of loss or damage.

Freight:

Shipping cost is based on order size. The cost is calculated during checkout or in your shopping cart by clicking on "Estimate Shipping & Taxes". Orders shipped outside the EU may incur taxes and/or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Deadlines for submission:

Items are handcrafted with special attention, so processing time can take 1-10 business days when in Ireland. All international orders can generally take 7 to 21 business days.

Transit times:

Please note that these times are approximate and may take longer during holiday seasons and adverse weather conditions, and as a matter of CIVID-19

A post:

Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1 to 3 business days (WAIT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19)
United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days (WAIT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19)
EU: 3 to 9 working days depending on your country (EXPECTING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19)
Rest of the world: 6 to 14 business days (EXPECTING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19)

Monitoring:

Orders sent by a "Registered" Post will have a tracking number and can be tracked using the number we will offer you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier used and the tracking number.

An Post - www.anpost.ie, once your package is in your country, you can track the shipment from your postal carrier, please use the same tracking number.

Watch:

We will ship your order to the address you enter, and we cannot accept any responsibility for late delivery or failure to deliver if the address quoted is incorrect, so please be careful when entering the shipping address details.

Damaged Packages

If you received your package damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis, please contact us if you have any problems!

Non-delivery:

Notify us within 15 working days of the expected delivery date of a non-delivery, and we will investigate what went wrong.

*Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us:

Depending on the reason for the return, we may or may not charge you for the return cost if you would like us to replace your package.

The following return reasons require a return fee (if you would like us to resend your package):

Unknown Reason / Refused or Rejected - customs duty, import duty or extra fees not paid by the recipient;
Insufficient / Incorrect Address - the recipient has incorrectly entered a wrong address;
Unclaimed - Packages were left at customs and at the local post office and were not claimed during the stipulated time.

RETURNS

We are a small business operated by a single individual. Our aim is to offer a unique experience through our handcrafted items of intuitive and Energetic design. Sorry, but at the moment MAHALO STONE cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please buy your sacred item, seriously, as all sales are very important. We cannot meet the expectations of a major manufacturer. Therefore, we believe this is why our items are unique and exclusive.

* Due to the very nature of the earth and its beautiful formations, our stones and crystals vary in color, shape and detail.

It is highly recommended that you DO NOT bathe, swim or exercise using your japamala to preserve its natural quality.

Please treat your Japamala very carefully and treasure it as the precious piece it is.

If your item breaks when being pulled, grapples with something or any other physical damage, this is not a reflection of MAHALO STONE's ability. Please be honest and courteous if you have any problems with your Japamala.
